- The property of the Trust whether movable or immovable shall be vested in the Board of Trustees.
- The number of the Executive Members of the Executive Committee may be increased, if necessary by 2/3rd of the Board of Trustees present and voting in a Meeting especially called for the purpose, in case of ties, the Chairman will have casting vote.
- The Executive Committee shall have the power to frame bye-laws of the Trust in respect of any institutions or Committee set up by the Trust and in respect of any mater within the juisdiction of the Trust.
- The Executive Committe shall be competent to affiliate other organizations / institutional on such terms and conditions as approved by the board of Trustees.
- The quorum of any Meeting of Board of trustees, Executive Commitee or any committee or sub-Committee shall be 1/3rd of Members except amendments. If the quorum is not complete, the Meeting shall be adjourned and reconvented by the Chairman. There shall be no quorum for the adjourned Meeting.
- The executive Commitee shall be competent to open branches, offices or institutions / outside New Delhi in other backward region of other states within the territory of India.
- Any Member of the Trust of Executive Committee or any office bearer may resign at any point from the office or Membership held by him/her by writing to the Chairman. The Chairman may address his/her resignation to the executive Committee through the Secretary of the Trust. The resignation so tendered shall become effective from the date it is acccepted by the Executive Committee.
- The financuial year of the Trust for the purpose of maintaining and closing accounts and for the puropse and budget shall commense from the month of April and with the month of March of every Calendar year.
- All deeds and other documents to be executed by or on behalf of the Trust shall be done by the Chairman and the Trust may sure be sued in the name of Chairman of the Trust. All pleadings including plaints, written statements, counter affidavits, applications, revisions, appeals, petitions, affidavits etc. in all the proceedings by or against the Trust shall be signed and verified by the Chairman.
