Care Fall All Trust a national NGO was formed on 17th February 2005.

AIMS and OBJECTIVES of the TRUST.

1. To promote social awareness, educational and cultural empowerment of the weaker section and downtrodden people, minorities and in particular and in general.
2. To organize camps for free health checkup and aware the people about incurable and communicable disease like AIDS, HEPATITIS etc. To vaccinate people either free or at very nominal cost for certain diseases under the consultant of seniors doctors.
3. To promote health and physical fitness, moral and spiritual education irrespective of caste, creet, color or religion.
4. To identify and honor and award the reputed journalists, economist, doctors, engineers, politician, social reformers, advocate etc for their contribution to society.
5. To open diagnostic center, polyclinics, dispensaries, nursing homes, charitable hospital and health and fitness center for the treatment of the poor and deprived section of the society in particular and other section and General.
6. To arrange and establish family planning centers and to work for population control, awareness and eradication of HIV and AIDS and other epidemic diseases from the society and to create awareness among people to control drug addiction and alcoholism.
7. To open, arrange and establish and look after nursery, primary, secondary and higher secondary schools for the development and advancement of education amongst the public in General and minorities/weaker sections/dalits in particular.
8. To start intermediate, degree colleges, law colleges, teacher training colleges and Physical training colleges.
9. To establish technical jobs oriented courses ITI's Polytechnics and other technical institutions.
10. To start and run the courses of Computer Science, Information Technology courses and Business Management Course and different specialization.
11. To start sport coaching academics, center of different competitive examinations and tests.
12. To open, arrange and establish the Medical colleges, Engineering colleges, Dental Colleges, Pharmacy and Paramedical colleges.
13. To establish book banks, Libraries and reading rooms and to give interest free loans, scholarships and other assistance to intelligent, poor and needy students.
14. To establish journals, newspapers, periodicals magazines, booklets and publications and distribution in art culture, socio-economic and other different areas.
15. To promote welfare of children with respect of education, health and other areas as enshrined in the United Nation Convention on the rights of the children.
16. To organize the training center for traditional industries, modern, urban and rural areas and training the children and the women for the welfare and prosperity.
17. To start fun, manage community halls, boys and girls hostels,orphanages, destitute homes for Seniors citizens.
18. To work in an organized way to alleviate the sufferings of economically weaker sections of the society, especially in the events of national and natural calamities like war floods, drought earthquake, epidemic disease or in the events of fire and famine, cyclone, accidents and communnal riots etc.
19. To create and promote employment opportunities in rural and urban areas and to organize vocational trainee cum production centers for the rehabilitation of widows,divorcee,dalits, tribal and orphanage women of the society.
20. To work for preservation of our cultural heritages and historical monuments and to work for promotion of traditional art forms in dance, drama and music.
21. To work for animal rights and preservation of forests and wild life.

23. To obtain financial help from khadi and village industries commission, central society welfare board, international voluntary organization or agencies for achieving the above objects.
24. To establish relief and rehabilitation centers.
25. To establish a research and development wing to promote the different areas of science, art and culture and make tele films and also document films.
26. To assist and undertake research-studies surveys, discussions, seminars, conferences, workshops, shows and exhibitions on topics and subjects that will help the objects of the trust being implemented.
27. To work for tribal development and also to promote social, economical, educational and cultural development of minorities, dalits/schedule casts, scheduled tribes and other backward classes and downtrodden people of the society.
28. To develop rural roads, irrigation facilities in rural areas and also to provide clean drinking water facilities through hand pumps, wells or bore wells to dalits and weaker section people in rural areas and to build low cost housing, sanitation, schools for the poor people of the society.
29. To establish adequate infrastructure and improve the existence facilities to provide whereas required for improvement of agriculture activities education about suitable and improve methods of cultivation, irrigation of soil,soil conservation,development of seeds for improved productivity and also to promote of / and research in statistics and latest.
30. To work for water shed conservation and management of water aged prone areas and to arrange facilities ways and means to improve health, agriculture facilities, improvement of education and other developmental projects through obtaining loans and grants from inside countries through donations financial helps from abroad for the needy and downtrodden human beings of the society who are being neglected by their own brethren.
31. To act collaboration with central and state government and other appropriate agencies for formulation and execution f projects, programs, schemes of integrated rural development and to accept necessary grants or funds for the aforesaid purpose.
32. Securing and managing funds for the furtherance of the Trust's objects
33. To do any other act for the advancement of education in all sphere of life and to carry on all acts of General public utility not involving the carrying on any activity for profit, without distinction of caste, color or creed.
34. To collaborate with institution, associations and societies in India or abroad interested in similar objectives.
35. To develop disciplinary conduct a habit to observe the rule of law 3 and self-restraint.

VI. THAT FOR THE FURTHERANCE OF THE OBJECTIVE OF THE TRUSTEES SHALL THE FOLLOWING POWERS.

1. To accept any donation, contribution, grant or subscription in cash or in kind from any person, Body of persons or TRUst with or without conditions.
2. To apply the whole or any part of the income of the Trust of the Trust fund or accumulations their to any or more of the objects of the Trust as the trustees Amy in their discretion deem fit from time to time.
3. To convert and deal with Trust property and/or any investment for the time being.
4. To invest the Trust fund either in the purpose of immovable property or in shares, stock or debentures of scurrility and investments, or in deposits with or loans to any company bank or any person and to alter very or transpose such investments from time to time at the discretion of the Trustees.
5. To borrow or raise or secure payments of money and also to lend money either with or without securty.
6. To sell, manage, transfer exchange mortgage pledge, hypothetical, gift, lease, dispose of or otherwise deal with any property whatsoever belonging to the Trust for the best interest of the Trust.
7. To adjust, settle compromise, compound, refer to arbitration all actions suits claims demands and proceedings regarding the Trust fund.
8. To appoint or make provision of the appointment of any person including all or any of the Trustees and Committee or administrator of Managing Trustees or otherwise for the purpose of the administration of the Trust in such manner and subject to such rules and regulations as the Trustees may prescribe and also to appoint or provide for the appointment of separate Trustees to hold any fund or investment, subject to the provisions of this deed in such manner and subject to such rules an regulations as the Trustees may from time to time think fit.
9. To make, vary, alter or modify schemes rules and regulations and for carrying out of the objects of the Trust and for the management of the affairs out of the objects of the Trust and for the management of the affairs thereof and/or running any institutions in furtherance if the objects of the Trust and otherwise for the giving effects to the objects of the Trust.
10. To start, abolish discontinue and restart any charity or charitable institutions of any subscription or donation made by them.
11. To set apart and / or allocate the whole or a part of the income of the corpus of the Trust fund or part thereof for any of the objects of the trust.
12. To join co-operate or amalgamate this Trust with other or others having similar or allied objects, upon such terms and conditions as the Trustees may in their descriptions think fir, particularly having regard to and in conformity with the objects and nature of this Trust.
13. To gibe aid by way of donation out if the income or the corpus of the Trust fund or otherwise, to different charitable institutions, societies, organizations or Trust in India which may have been established or which may hereafter be established for the like charitable purpose mentioned in these presents or any of them to enable such institutions, societies, organizations or Trustees to start maintain or carry our such charitable objects.
14. To Settle all accounts and to compromise compound abandon or refer to aberration any action or proceedings or disputes, claim demand or things, as deemed proper of such purpose without being responsible for any loss occasioned thereby.
15. To invest monies of the Trust in such investments as is permissible under reg income tax 1961 and the rules framed there under, as they stand amended from time to time.
16. To apply the funds and properties of the Trust of the Trust for all or any of the objectiveness the trust. The trustees shall have final discretion in the matter of management of the funds, properties and affairs of the Trust.
17. To borrow moneys either on the security of any property comprised in the Trust or otherwise for all or any of the of these presents and it shall be lawful for the trustees to make such borrowings on payment of such interest and otherwise no such terms and conditions as they may in their directions think fit.
18. To apply to the government, public bodies, urban local municipal district and other bodies corporations companies or person for and to accept grant of money and of aid, donation and gifts subscriptions and grant of money and of aid, donation and gifts, subscriptions, and other assistance with a view to promoting the objects of the Trust ad other bodies corporations companies or persons schemes and other work and matter within the objects of the Trust and to confirm to ant proper condition upon which grants and other payment may be made.
19. To take over, acquire mange, control or aid any existing institutions or institutions having objects either wholly or in part similar to the objects if this trust and on such terms and conditions as may be though expedient.
20. To take over or amalgamate with any other charitable Trust society, association or institutions with similar objects.
21. To establish, promote manage, organize or maintain or to assist in establishing, promoting managing, organizing, or maintaining any branch of the Trust or any other Trust of its branch with objects similar to those of this Trust and to promote or branch with objects similar to those of this Trust and to promote or carry on the affiliations or amalgamations of such other Trust with this Trust.
22. To purchase or otherwise acquire and undertake all or any part of the property assets, liabilities and engagement of any or more of the Trust, societies institutions or associations with which this Trust is authorized to amalgamate.
23. To transfer all or any part of the property , assets liabilities and engagement of this Trust to any one or more of the Trust, societies, institutions or associates with which this Trust is authorized to amalgamate.
